Why Parser Servicecore exists
Funding applications often compress years of trading into a few schedules and a short motivation. Important distinctions—cash received versus revenue earned, owner loans versus sales, approved facilities versus current balances—can disappear in that compression. We formed this Johannesburg practice to inspect those joins patiently and describe them without accusation or euphemism.
Lead reviewer
Naledi Maseko, CA(SA), leads each mandate. Her background spans SME assurance, development-finance file review and management-account analysis. A second reviewer performs a consistency read before a final memorandum is issued. Specialist tax, legal or valuation questions are referred rather than improvised.
How we work
We preserve the submitted record, keep a clear document index and distinguish an absent item from an inconsistent one. Applicants receive consolidated questions, not repeated interruptions. Fund managers receive findings tied to specific evidence and dates. Our role is to make the trail understandable while respecting that the final funding judgement belongs to the appointed decision-maker.
Principles at the desk
Proportion before volume. A minor label mismatch is not treated like an unexplained liability. Context before conclusion. We invite clarification where records allow more than one reasonable reading. Limits in writing. Every memorandum states what was supplied, what was tested and what was outside scope.
The practice operates from Rosebank and accepts remote assignments across South Africa. We work in English and can arrange an isiZulu-speaking meeting facilitator when confirmed in advance.
