A focused Pre-submission Consistency Check starts at R7,800 excluding VAT. A complete Application Record Inspection starts at R18,500 excluding VAT. Post-decision reviews are quoted against the mandate and version history.
These figures assume one legal entity, organised electronic records, a single funding request and ordinary business activity. Your written estimate states the document allowance, review period, deliverables and target date.
What changes an estimate
The principal factors are the number of bank accounts and months, related entities, currencies, record legibility, reconstructed ledgers, volume of invoices or finance agreements, number of forecast scenarios and the time available. We do not price as a percentage of funding sought and do not receive success fees.
Additional work
Agreed work beyond scope is charged at R1,650 per reviewer hour excluding VAT, but only after written approval. Travel outside Johannesburg, specialist advice and document translation are separately estimated where relevant.
Payment schedule
For work below R25,000, 50% is due on acceptance and the balance before final release. Larger mandates use milestones stated in the engagement letter. No payment buys a favourable finding, funding recommendation or approval outcome.
